Public Engagement in Health Policy (PEHP) Project announces Community Fellowship recipients to build capacity for innovative engagement-related activities

The Public Engagement in Health Policy Project is pleased to announce its support for eleven Community Fellowships that will support organizations to carry out short-term engagement-related activities to advance the goals of more inclusive health system and policy decision making.

The goal of these Community Fellowships is to support community leaders, organizations, or other teams to carry out innovative engagement projects. In addition to the funding provided for each Fellowship, the PEHP project team is supporting Fellows’ activities through ad-hoc consultations, through learning and exchange opportunities, and by promoting Fellowship activities.

The Public Engagement in Health Policy (PEHP) project is an interdisciplinary initiative based at McMaster University. Through catalyst funding from the Future of Canada Project (FCP), the PEHP aims to strengthen health policymaking in Canada by providing a platform for interdisciplinary scholarship, education, and leadership in public engagement.
